Start-up and Incubator Services

The start-up period for a new organization is very challenging. In addition to the time and energy devoted to the objectives of the new business, attention must be given to setting up the administrative processes necessary to operate an organization effectively, as well as essential governance processes such as establishing a Board of Directors and developing appropriate policies & procedures. These challenges are compounded by the lack of adequate staffing to cover all the bases.   IIO’s specialized experience in the not-for-profit sector can address these unique requirements for incorporation, establishing Boards, and setting up appropriate governance processes.

The comprehensive package of support services offered by the IIO frees the start-up team of a new organization to focus on its core business, off-loading the effort needed to develop appropriate administrative and governance processes.
