HOSTED ENTERPRISE NETWORK SERVICES

IIO’s Hosted Enterprise solution uses a shared services “utility based model” to deliver quality and responsive services at predictable fixed monthly fee, easing budget concerns. IT costs are minimized as you only pay for what is currently needed, avoiding equipment and IT staff overheads.

The integrity and security of your corporate data is our first priority.  IIO adheres to the recognized ITIL international standards and IT industry best practices.  IIO staff are CISSP and CISCO certified professionals ensuring that our IT services have the right technology, policies and controls in place to meet client data security and integrity needs.

IIO Hosted Enterprise solution services:

Email, File/Print and Blackberry Enterprise Services: 

  • IIO’s enterprise class infrastructure for Exchange, File Serving/Print and Blackberry services is designed with hardware/software redundancies to ensure security and high-availability. 

Network, Connectivity & Internet Services:

  • IIO provides highly available and secure LAN infrastructure, offering shared high speed Internet links to IIO clients.  This Internet service is delivered on a highly robust/resilient backbone with secondary and additional backup facilities to ensure high availability.  A second Internet service is available for added redundancy.

Managed Desktop: 

  • IIO’s managed desktop service includes initial implementation and configuration of the equipment, continuous tracking of all assets and software compliance; automated security patch, service packs and virus definition updates; desktop and laptop audits; moves/adds/changes; remote management.

Service Desk & Technical Support:

  • IIO is the single point of contact for all of your organization’s IT related requests/issues, at the office, at home, or on the road.  Powered by IIO’s web-based IT Service and Asset Management System, our trained Service Desk professionals provide end-user support, documenting all incident/request activities and managing the request life cycle including escalation, closure, and communication.

IT PROCUREMENT AND ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES

IIO has strong partnerships with hardware, software, and wireless device vendors.  These long established relationships result in IIO’s ability to give our clients preferred pricing on servers, network equipment, computers, laptops, wireless devices, printing facilities, and other specialized IT technology needs.

We will:

  • Work with you to determine your needs, both today and in the future
  • Research and identify products that meet your business requirements
  • Provide quotes and/or budget for procurement
  • Receive and tag, inputting asset information, based on predetermined configuration management guidelines, into IIO’s IT Service and Asset Management System.

IIO procurement services are customized to meet your organization’s specific policy requirements.  We provide IT asset reports for financial management and content insurance purposes.
